1. Returns / Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from purchase as long as they are unworn / undamaged and with the labels still attached.

Very important: Returns need to be lodged and printed from your order history page.

2. Where is my order?

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. A confirmation email is sent immediately. Tracking numbers are sent overnight. Please check your junk mail if you have not received these emails, and ADD us to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence.

3. I sent a return / exchange, when will it be processed?

We use a 3rd party warehouse and they process returns / exchanges only once a week so this process can be slow. If it has been more than 10 business days please contact us with: your tracking number for the return and order number details. Please note returns and exchanges can ONLY be processed swiftly and correctly using the return authorisation process found on your order history page. If you don't follow this process we will be unable to know who returned the items as this information is not captured by the warehouse.
