The benefits of a healthy lifestyle are numerous from extending your lifespan, to physical wellbeing and mental health.
In general, a healthy person doesn't smoke, is at a healthy weight, eats healthy and exercises. Sounds simple, doesn't it?
In practice it can be simple too. You can go about it in 2 ways:
1) make a drastic change: throw out the bad food, enrol in a gym, set a timetable and go go go!!! This works for some, but for the majority of us its about
2) making small changes like drinking more water, eating more fruit, eating less processed food, taking vitamins every day and the list goes on.
